Our master mixologists, part sommeliers and part chefs create cocktails that are unreal using fresh products and ingredients you would never imagine that could pair well in a cocktail. Our mixologist are also trained with the molecular gastronomy techniques. Using ingredients such as habanero peppers, liquid nitrogen, unique international spices, garden grown herbs and techniques using foams, airs, gelatins, and even fruit flavored caviars. They are chefs behind a bar and know the background of any spirit.
Our Mixology Division can be outsourced and we are able to enter into all hotels, exclusive venues, and works amazingly with other caterers as well.
